Delivery & Shipping
Each product page provides an estimated delivery timeframe for your order. Should there be any delays, we will notify you via email, and you will have the option to cancel your order. For details on how to cancel, please refer to the section titled "Cancellations" below.
Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. To initiate a cancellation, please send a clear request to support@bloomtheory.co, including your order number. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process it promptly.
Right of withdrawal
After receiving your order, you have 14 days to reconsider your purchase. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear message to support@bloomtheory.co, including your order number. If you wish to change your order, you will need to return the item and place a new order for the desired product. We will provide you with a shipping label via email, which you should use to return the package to us.Please ensure that all components of the product are included and that the item is carefully packed in its original box to protect it during transit.
Please note that we reserve the right to charge you if the product has been used, if any components are missing, or if the packaging has been damaged beyond what is necessary to assess the product. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs. For further details, please refer to our Terms of Sale.
defects
If you notice any visible damage to the packaging upon delivery, please report this to us and the shipping provider immediately. If you have received an incorrect product or if the item itself is damaged, kindly contact us by sending an email to support@bloomtheory.co.
Should the product you received from us display any defect within 2 years from the delivery date, you must notify us about the defect within a reasonable time by sending a notice of defect to support@bloomtheory.co. Please include your order number and a clear description and image of the defect. Please note that non-conformity caused by mishandling, abnormal use, wear and tear, or accidents does not qualify as a "defect."
Upon receiving your notice of defect, we will determine whether the defect falls under the commercial or legal warranty. If we conclude that the defect is covered by the warranty, we will offer you one of the following remedies (at our discretion), free of charge: (i) a replacement product or part, (ii) a price reduction, or (iii) a refund. We will cover the costs of the return shipping.
However, if you have already returned the product to us and we have determined that the warranty does not apply, you will be responsible for the costs associated with the return and any further shipping back to you.
REFUNDS
If you are entitled to a refund, we will process it as quickly as possible upon receiving the returned product. Typically, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
UNCLAIMED SHIPMENT
If your order has been delivered to a pick-up location and remains unclaimed beyond the timeframe specified by the shipping company, we reserve the right to charge you for the shipping costs incurred to return the package to us, along with a handling fee of $15 USD (or the equivalent in your local currency). Please be aware that the information provided on this page applies exclusively to consumers. Additionally, we may update this information periodically.
