How do I assemble the lamp?
Varia 85 - The collection arrives pre-assembled in the box for your convenience. However, if your lamp sustains damage due to normal wear and tear, please contact us to order a replacement part. You can find helpful video tutorials here to guide you through the disassembly and reassembly process of your lamp.
What type of bulb is compatible with the lamp?
Our product is designed to work with different bulb types and voltages depending on your location:
- For customers in the EU and UK, the lamp comes equipped with a 220V E14 4W 2700K light bulb and a Type C power plug.
- For customers in the US, the lamp includes a 110V E12 4W 2700K light bulb and a Type A power plug.
Please ensure to use the correct bulb type and voltage for your region to avoid any compatibility issues or potential safety hazards. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to support@bloomtheory.co for assistance.
Is the lamp compatible with smart home systems?
The lamp is not compatible with smart home systems.
MAintenance & care
Can the lamp suitable for outdoor use?
No, this lamp is designed specifically for indoor use only, Placing it outdoor for a long period of time may damage the materials and affect its performance.
Can the lamp be placed in direct sunlight?
It is recommended to avoid placing the lamp under direct sunlight. Prolonged exposure to sunlight can cause fading, warping or other damages to the materials, reducing the longevity of the product.
How do I clean the lamp?
Matte 3D Print Material (PLA/PETG):
To clean matte 3D printed lamps made from PLA or PETG, use a microfiber cloth to gently wipe down the surface and remove dust. Avoid using paper towels or rags, as they may leave lint behind. It’s important not to use water for cleaning, as this can leave water spots or stains on the matte finish.
Regular 3D Print Material (PLA/PETG):
If the lamp is particularly dirty, you can wash it with warm water and mild dish soap. Use a soft brush to scrub gently, then rinse and dry thoroughly. You may also use a damp cloth to wipe the prints, but avoid soaking the lamp to prevent warping.
By following these cleaning methods, you can maintain the appearance and longevity of your lamp.
Can the lamp be repaired if damaged?
Yes, the product can be repaired in case of damage. The repair process depends on the nature of the damage:
Damage due to Mishandling, Abnormal Use, Wear and Tear, or Accidents:
If the lamp is damaged due to mishandling, abnormal use, wear and tear, or accidents, you can request a replacement part by sending an email to support@bloomtheory.co. Please include photos and identify the broken part. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement part.
Defects:
If the damage is due to a manufacturing defect, we will send you a replacement part free of charge. To initiate the repair process, please follow the disassembly and assembly instructions available here. Once you have the replacement part, you can easily replace the damaged component following the provided instructions.
Warranty & Returns
What is the warranty period for the lamp?
Our products come with a 1 year warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship.

How can I request a return or exchange?
You can send email to support@bloomtheory.co within 14 days of receiving your delivery to request for a return or exchange.
Please refer to the rights of withdrawal policy for specific details.
What should I do if I receive a defective lamp?
If you receive a defective lamp or the wrong product, please contact us immediately by emailing support@bloomtheory.co. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
If you notice any visible damage to the packaging upon delivery, report this to us and the shipping provider right away. For specific details, please refer to our defects policy.
Are there any return shipping costs?
If you wish to return or exchange your unused product within 14 days of receiving your delivery, you will be responsible for any return shipping costs
However, if we determine that the defects are covered by our warranty, we will cover the cost of return shipping, if applicable.
